VoltSign provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to:

• Store and organize signed documents securely
• Integrate with third-party applications and services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

Account Termination

Legal Validity

Electronic signatures created through VoltSign are intended to be legally binding and enforceable under applicable electronic signature laws, including:

• Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN)
• Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
• European Union eIDAS Regulation
• Other applicable local and international electronic signature laws

User Responsibilities

By using our electronic signature service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have the authority to sign documents on behalf of yourself or your organization
• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for determining the legal validity of electronic signatures in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Documents

You may not use the Service to sign or process:

• Wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts
• Documents requiring notarization (unless specifically supported)
• Documents related to illegal activities
• Documents that violate intellectual property rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Subscription Plans

• Notify us of any billing disputes within 60 days

Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
• Free trial cancellations: No charges if cancelled before trial ends

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoltSign and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Service to develop competing products

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, employees, or other users
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service

Service Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VOLTSIGN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOLTSIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoltSign and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
